These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 234ph platform, including all games, account features, payment services, and promotional offers. By registering and using 234ph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Each Player may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 234ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 234ph uses technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and 234ph reserves the right to void all transactions and forfeit all balances in the non-primary account.
To access real-money features on 234ph, Players must complete the online registration process, providing accurate and complete information including full legal name (as it appears on government-issued ID), a valid Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. 234ph reserves the right to request additional information at any time to verify account details.
All accounts are subject to KYC identity verification before withdrawal privileges are activated. Players must ensure that all account information provided to 234ph is accurate, current, and complete. Where account information changes — including mobile number, linked payment method, or residential address — Players must update their account details promptly. 234ph may suspend withdrawal processing where account information is found to be inaccurate or inconsistent with supporting documentation.
234ph accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and select cryptocurrency wallets. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. 234ph does not impose deposit processing fees; however, the Player's payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit sender's name does not match the 234ph account holder's name — will be refused and returned where technically possible. 234ph will not be liable for delays or losses arising from third-party payment submissions.
Withdrawal requests may only be made by Players with fully verified accounts (KYC approved). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise arranged with 234ph support and subject to additional verification. 234ph targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM PHT). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day.
234ph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money-laundering requirements. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended where 234ph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the 234ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Where a Player deposits using a non-PHP payment method (e.g., cryptocurrency), the deposited amount will be converted to PHP at the exchange rate applicable at the time of deposit processing. 234ph is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal dates.
234ph operates a comprehensive anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance program in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) as amended, and PAGCOR's AML directives. 234ph is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Players who use the Platform to launder money or facilitate financial crime will have their accounts terminated and will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
All games available on the 234ph Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager. 234ph accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand the rules of a game they have chosen to play.
All confirmed wagers are final and binding. Once a bet is placed and confirmed in the 234ph system, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified by the Player. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 234ph will apply its malfunction policy — which may result in voiding affected bets and returning stakes to Players' accounts — at the sole discretion of 234ph and in consultation with the relevant game provider.
All random number generator (RNG) games available on 234ph use certified RNG technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for digital games are sourced from the official provider certification and are published on each game's information page. Live dealer games are conducted with real physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels, real dice — and 234ph makes no algorithmic intervention in live game outcomes.
In the event of a technical failure, system error, or communication disruption that affects the outcome or recording of a game round, 234ph reserves the right to void all bets from the affected round and return stakes to the relevant Players' accounts. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Promotional offers on 234ph are available to registered, verified Players unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms. Players who have previously abused bonus offers, players with self-excluded accounts, or players in violation of these Terms are not eligible for promotional credit.
All bonus credits issued on 234ph are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements specify the total amount a Player must wager (using bonus funds, real-money funds, or a combination as defined per promotion) before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
234ph actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated or scripted wagering strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements while minimising risk, exploiting system errors or calculation anomalies in promotional terms, and colluding with other Players to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, 234ph reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any sums paid out as a result of the abusive behaviour.
234ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Players' accounts where the applicable wagering period has already commenced, unless fraud or a breach of these Terms is identified.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 234ph Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 234ph Platform must contact 234ph support via live chat or email and request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who self-exclude may not attempt to create new accounts or circumvent the exclusion in any other way — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
234ph takes the protection of minors with the utmost seriousness. Players must not allow any person under the age of 21 to access their 234ph account or use their linked payment methods for gambling purposes. If a Player believes that a minor has accessed or is attempting to access the Platform, they must contact 234ph support and the relevant authorities immediately.
All content on the 234ph Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the 234ph brand name and logo — is the exclusive property of 234ph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the 234ph Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 234ph. This licence terminates immediately upon closure or suspension of the Player's account.
234ph respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. All game content, imagery, and software provided by 234ph's licensed game providers is used under agreement with those providers and remains the property of the respective rights holders.
234ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The full details of how 234ph handles your personal information — including what data is collected, how it is used, how it is protected, and what your rights are as a data subject — are set out in the 234ph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
By registering an account on 234ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of data for PAGCOR compliance, AML reporting, KYC verification, customer support, and responsible gaming purposes.
234ph strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and circumstances beyond 234ph's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. 234ph will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. 234ph makes no representation or warranty that a Player will achieve any particular outcome, return, or profit from their use of the Platform. All game outcomes are subject to the mathematical probabilities and house edges applicable to each game type, which are disclosed per game.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 234ph shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss arising from third-party payment processing delays. 234ph's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the amount standing to the credit of that Player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.
The Platform may contain references to third-party game providers, payment processors, or service partners. 234ph is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and the inclusion of any third-party reference on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement of that party's services beyond the scope of 234ph's contractual relationship with them.
Players may request voluntary closure of their 234ph account at any time by contacting the 234ph support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and all remaining balance paid out to the Player's verified withdrawal method. Accounts may not be closed while a pending deposit dispute, withdrawal request, or compliance investigation is active.
234ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has provided false or fraudulent information; (c) 234ph is required to do so by PAGCOR directive, court order, or applicable law; (d) 234ph suspects the account is involved in fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity; or (e) continuing to maintain the account would expose 234ph to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
Upon termination of an account by 234ph for breach of these Terms, 234ph reserves the right to void all pending bets, withhold the account balance pending investigation, and report the matter to PAGCOR and law enforcement as appropriate. Where termination occurs without a finding of Player fault, any balance standing to the Player's credit will be returned via the Player's verified withdrawal method within 14 business days.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to submit disputes arising from their use of 234ph to the Platform's internal dispute resolution process. Disputes must be submitted in writing to 234ph's support team with full details of the transaction, game session, or event in question. 234ph will acknowledge the dispute within 2 business days and provide a substantive written response within 10 business days of receipt.
Where a Player is not satisfied with the outcome of 234ph's internal dispute resolution process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's complaint procedures for licensed online gaming operators. 234ph cooperates fully with PAGCOR's dispute resolution and investigation processes.
Subject to the dispute resolution provisions above, both 234ph and the Player irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute that proceeds to formal litigation.
234ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect Players' rights, obligations, or the core commercial terms of the relationship — 234ph will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the 234ph Platform and, where technically feasible, by sending a notification to the registered mobile number of existing Players.
Where amendments are non-material — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or changes required by new PAGCOR regulatory directives — they may take effect immediately upon posting without prior notice.
Continued use of the 234ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may close their account in accordance with Section 12.1.
